Addition for kitchette/laundry/ craft room. Removed existing roof line. Framed addition to fit in with existing house and create living and attic space. Installed needed insulation, wiring, sheet rock, flooring, plumbing and cabinets to finish the interior. Re-sided and re-roofed addition and existing structure to tie old and new together. Built covered porch to match existing house. Installed all maintenance free products such as AZEC decking and Fairway railing. Special attention was taken to make addition look the age of the house, circa 1800.
